  • 3 Ounces SlicedTurkey Breast
  • 2 Tablespoons Guacamole
  • 1 Pineapple Spear OR
  • 1 handful organic spinach (low carb option)


  1. Lay turkey slices flat and spread guacamole on the turkey
  2. Place a pineapple spear (or spinach if making low carb option) on the end of the turkey and roll up
  3. Eat and enjoy!
