Workout A

  • Lunge x 5/leg
  • Pushup x 10
  • Squat x 10
  • 10 minutes on the clock. Do as many rounds as possible. Strive to do more each time you repeat the workout.

Workout B (more challenging with sliding)

  • Leg Curl x 10
  • Pushup with slide x 10
  • Squats or squat jumps x 10
  • 10 minutes on the clock. Do as many rounds as possible. Strive to do more each time you repeat the workout.
