Green Eggs And Ham

Yes, we’re serious! Green eggs and ham is a real food! And Chef Dan Vogt has a quick, easy, delicious recipe that is healthy, Paleo-approved and gluten-free, so you can enjoy a fresh alternative to the same old classic hard-boiled eggs.

  • 12 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Avocado
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1/4 pound ham (technically bacon is ham…so there’s that!)
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Paprika


  1. Slice eggs in half, and place yolks in food processor along with an avocado, ham, spinach, salt, pepper, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth, then place blended ingredients in a freezer bag, cut the corner of the bag.
  3. Pipe into egg whites and garnish with paprika.
  4. Enjoy!
