- 12 Hard-boiled eggs
- 1 Avocado
- 3 cups spinach
- 1/4 pound ham (technically bacon is ham…so there’s that!)
- 4 tablespoons water
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Slice eggs in half, and place yolks in food processor along with an avocado, ham, spinach, salt, pepper, and water.
- Blend until smooth, then place blended ingredients in a freezer bag, cut the corner of the bag.
- Pipe into egg whites and garnish with paprika.
